1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Fluentra (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Fluentra. By using the Service you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service to record or upload audio of any person without their consent.
- Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Fluentra offers a free tier and paid Pro plans (monthly and annual). Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. EU residents may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless they have begun consuming the service.
6. AI-generated feedback
Fluentra uses AI models to generate scores and feedback. Output is provided "as is" and may contain errors. It is not a substitute for professional language instruction or certification.
7. Content you submit
You retain all rights to the audio and text you submit. You grant Fluentra a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluentra's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to the Service or terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fluentra is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
